Act I - Collapse
I. Document 1436a-gp8: The Forbidden Transmission (2355)
As I am writing this the year would be roughly 2355; we have shifted our timescale and as such rough maths must be utilized to interpret the near-date. We have developed a semblance of time travel and are now capable of t-mailing (time-mailing: through quantum pocket-porthole technology) any document or text to any period in history, so long as we can reproduce it in a manner within our present moment, that it would physically manifest correctly in the desired timeline.
As such I have taken to telling the story as of the current reality I exist and from the perspective I know. I no longer possess the will to live, and the information I carry cannot perish with my last breath, I will speak. The forth-going will be an attempt to share the history of a potential reality that may be experienced by all, so indulging the sloth of decent individuals within your current timeline.
The most difficult task in getting this information to you was gathering the materials needed to produce such a document. Computers along with every other historic electronic device became obsolete when the global power grid collapsed after the first supermassive coronal ejection (SMCE). As such, virtual machining & wireless energy-extraction have become the only sustainable means of power collection and “computing”. The only completely ancient technologies still capable of running, are either in the backroom of some eclectic collection (that few even care to remember), or they are within the bowels of the cities governed by AI. Although there are still fleshly interactions in those facilitated monstrosities, most of the people still willing to engage with them can not really be considered human, now can they.
Unfortunately, for our cause the immediate problem was two fold, the t-mail device that I was able to apprehend is aged 50 years and only has extensions for what I’m told is called a G-cord thumb-drive. Acquiring this “thumb-drive” along with having to get the computer with the correct programming to create this document itself has engulfed the final act of my existence. However, as I am writing this now, I can feel the weight of my knowledge being lifted. I go knowing that the proper decisions were made and that our cause is successful.
The only remorse I may feel is in laying the burden of proximity onto whomever's shoulders this information now rests. Although I know that it may not have been in your plans to be engaged with such a concept, I have faith in the ability of every individual to act accordingly.
The events that led me to this moment now, began nearly 10 years ago. Although the true beginning was long before I was even thought of; before the Revival, Reconstruction & the Homecoming of the Faceless.
The year was 2150 and the collapse of Constitutional order on an international scale, due to the first abrupt, global, long-term loss of electrical power, followed by widespread chaos & destruction, began what became nearly 150 years of earthly bloodshed.

II. Descent Into Chaos (2150-2170)
The Collapse of Constitutional Order
By 2150 humans had long been extra-terrestrial beings. A century had already passed since the first manned missions to Saturn's moon, Titan. Meanwhile corporate interests in-relation with international governmental bodies now “controlled” half the local solar system. Little could science do to predict the lurking stellar event that would ultimately become the unravelling of “modern civilization”. An un-named corporate espionage scandal involving an unknown number of government officials & heads-of-state led an unknown pilot to aim a neutron plasma-cannon (named Little Fat) directly into the Sun. The aftermath of which was the first SMCE that destroyed the global power grid, upon which society sat so precariously perched.
Before the first year of total global blackout was through, a new world government labeled The Cabal Initiative seized complete control of the withstanding global economy. Civil War 3 commenced on an international scale. Knowledge of the total number of lives lost in those first 20 years has vanished. We do know that it was an exponential proportion to the following 130 years of the war, simply due to the radically dwindling population over that time.
