Journey Nine: Passion-Attunement

Each thought has an action associated with it, as each action has a thought for the same. Beliefs & habits of either create the symbiotic manifestation of the other. Become aware of personal thoughts that create a specific action pattern from The Self such as, “I am hungry and in a hurry. Even though I don’t like it, fast-food it is.” Become aware of personal actions that create specific thought patterns within The Self, such as, “Going to the same fast-food place two days in a row is disgusting of me.” The beliefs & habits are that which make up each personal experience, the thoughts & actions are the moments in between.

Observing this repetitive nature within The Self will allow for new potential emotions to be felt within existing patterns. When this practice is maintained during the personal experience a new sense of control will befall the moment and decisions will no longer be made in repetitive nature. From this point each moment that a belief & habit begins to take control of the experience The Self will be in quiet observance and will ensure a new path is taken. Pure decisions are those which are detached from personal perspective.

Through this observance of personal patterns, thoughts & actions alike, The Self can begin to shift the energy within; receiving the creative, vitalizing energy that is within each moment and evolving the personal thought-action repertoire. It will take time to shift each thought and action into a new vibration. Start with the smaller patterns of The Self and slowly make a way towards the deeper more attached emotions.

Phases Of Balance

This moves the thoughts into different phases of balance. Remembering that balance is key within the entirety of every experience, embrace the time it will take to balance such a complex scale. Understanding balance as a six phase process within very specific areas of life, a pattern emerges. There are many aspects to balance. The next section will touch on some major foundational experiences. Most Seeker’s will be going through all of the phases simultaneously. It is vital for conscious evolution to begin to focus on each experience individually and then weave each into the other.

Phase One - Physical & Health

This has a lot to do with the body. The mind is a major key in creating a healthy internal environment for the body. The body is most functional in a physically fit state. This is not spiritual this is a fact. From a construction worker to a yogi master a strong body will inhabit a longevity of peak performance.

Body

Creating a simple fifteen to twenty minute physical routine that can be completed twice a day will establish the momentum to achieve greater health. Keep it simple sweetie. Push ups, sit ups and stretching is great to begin. Get back into the body before pushing the limits of its potential.

Environment

The environment for health includes the physical & non physical spaces. Ensuring the pantry is filled with healthy choices when desires are high for snacking, as well as mental practices of the thought-action repertoire, will empower the body to evolve forthwith. In order to shift the health of the body, the health of the mind must be recognized & shifted.

Phase Two - Mental & Educational

The beauty of the brain & mind is that when conscious recognition by The Self is brought to the state of either connected shifts can be felt within the personal experience. A major foundation for this phase is the desire to comprehend how The Self learns. As each experience is different, learning is done in a multitude of ways. Whether visual, audio, or felt, each individual should be intimate with the personal practice of learning. If a combination of any plays best with the brain & mind this is also best to understand personally.

Thoughts

Remember, as previously stated, thoughts create the actions of The Self. Ensuring that thoughts are observed & consciously disseminated in the mind, opens up new potentials for actions of The Self. Actions with conscious inspiration.

Emotions

Emotions are to be fully observed & expressed. Retaining emotions creates stress within the body. The release of these emotions is to be observed and understood within the personal experience to better understand the current state-of-mind.

Embracing Growth

Embracing growth is a key within each phase of balance. Within the mind is where true comprehension of this practice unfolds. Be prepared for challenges & contrast along the path of evolution. Establish a mindset of understanding for new experiences and embrace all potential outcomes. Set a course and flow, until a new course is desired, then change.

Phase Three - Spiritual & Ethical

This is more about a personal connection to these belief patterns rather than a call to a global conglomerate of religious & social beliefs. It is divinely expressed within many different forms of understanding and can be felt within a multitude of perspectives. Consciously connecting to a source energy will enliven the spirit and create a new understanding of The Multiverse.

Healthy Connection

Establishing a healthy connection with The Self and personal beliefs within the spiritual realm will generate new actions from an ethical point of view. Remember that different perspectives of the same experience bring new possibilities for growth within the personal experience. Connect each within passionate embrace and allow all to be experienced consciously.

Phase Four - Family & Home

Upon establishing healthy personal patterns the relative & family life will become familiar with these aspects of The Self. Treating The Self with personal respect creates the space for The Self to treat All That Is with the same. This includes the respect for all relationships within the personal experience. The closer the connection & the longer the relationship the more practice will be required to embrace these aspects of The Self. Furthermore, the communication involved with empowering The Self within each individual will bring each experience closer to embracing the other.

Loved Ones

This language has a wide array of understandings. Be that as it may, Loved Ones may not reciprocate the same feelings in every relationship, as is the opposite. The practice becomes personal patience with the evolution of each individual. For those relationships that already have a balanced foundation, the personal growth of The Self will elevate these as a whole.

Intimate Relationships

These relationships are those where the deepest secrets are shared & expressed. There is a profound balance required to empower the passion of each involved within intimacy. In order to achieve balance, acceptance must be within the differences shared.

Phase Five - Social & Cultural

Another phase in balance is expanding from within the close and intimate relationships of the personal experience into the greater community at large. Discovering a unique expression to share with the social & cultural experience of the globe is the greatest form of balance The Self will achieve. To diversify the personal connections within humanity is to strengthen the bond with The Self.

Fun & Entertainment

This is about leisure & performance. These are ways in which experiences are shared amongst individuals. Going & doing activities that stimulate connection between community is a way in which exposure to The Self is reflected back. Be the audience and the performer. Truly go out and express The Self in front of a crowd. Share in the laughter and tears of expression.

Contribution

Volunteering within the personal & global community is vital to balance. This is mostly a mental experience, as the act of volunteering gives The Self a sense that there is more in The Multiverse to share. If building homes and some laborious contribution is desired than the physical experience will be elevated as well.

Phase Six - Financial & Career

Here is where decisions often get convoluted by outside perspective. It starts very early within western culture; as all the society represents, has to do with working eight hours a day, forty hours a week. Success is described & felt in many ways. The depth of the personal connection with that success determines balance within the personal experience.

Vision

Creating a long-term vision is vital to fulfilling a passion-fueled lifestyle. This is the ultimate success plan for The Self that will drive the course of the experience. This is where all the dreams are created. Go as expansive as possible and begin to understand the true passion & purpose of The Self. From the farthest reaches of expression the wildest experiences become manifest.

Mission

The mission is how the vision will be engineered. The course of the path that must be traversed can now be consciously observed & navigated making it realistic to The Self. Also, this allows the opportunity for collaboration within the community to achieve similar visions. This is the journey that incorporates all other journeys on the path to reaching the next journey; conscious Multiversal impact.

Goals

These are: daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and so on, points of reference to ensure the course is being met. It is a great place to start with creating simple goals for The Self; to build momentum towards personal belief in The Self. Creating simple goals and reaching them will establish footholds in the trajectory of the mission. When a goal is not fully attained as The Self desires, take a moment to step back and appreciate all that was achieved in the process. There will be pitfalls, always stay true to The Self and respect the spirit within.

Remember, a solid foundation for the longevity of this experience is to begin observing the personal thought-action repertoire and taking the steps to change the patterns. The more often conscious observance within real time of the patterns occurs, The Self will begin to evolve ever more exponentially. Changing the way in which The Multiverse experiences The Self.
